As each pair is designed, prepared, painted and finished by hand, please allow for up to 4 weeks to receive your wearable art. I hope to have your order with you as soon as possible, this is just a maximum time frame to allow for high order volumes and any unforeseen circumstances. Of course, I will use this time to ensure your order is completed to the highest achievable standard.
All sales are final, the client is fully responsible for their pair, I will not be liable for them after quality checking/shipping. No refunds will be granted unless otherwise discussed.
All custom pieces are fully wearable for fashion purposes (light/casual wear). Each piece is finished with clear-coat sealer, protecting the paint from light damage while also waterproofing them. Remember, they're hand-painted so look after them, they're one of a kind, so wear them right!
Just like any pair of shoes/trainers/sneakers they are susceptible to everyday/accidental damage, in the unfortunate event of scuffing, I will do my best to assist in touching up your customs in some cases, depending on my current volume of work etc. Customers are fully responsible for maintaining their wearable art.
Should you dirty your customs, there are specific ways of cleaning your pair. Please DO NOT put your customs in the washing machine (may sound obvious, but you'd be surprised how many clients have done it in the past!). You can use sneaker wipes/general wipes to clean light dirt, or specialised sneaker cleaning solution as long as you make sure to avoid heavy brushing especially with any tough brushes. Feel free to email me should you need any specific advice here!
Most importantly, enjoy your customs! These few rules are very simple, so as long as you look after them and wear them right, you don't have to
worry. You will be the only person to own this pair as each is created in its own unique way, no two customs will be the same, so wear them proudly, show them off and take care.
